Black Diamond Real Estate Advisors provided overall project management services for the newly constructed Eisai Center for Genetics Guided Dementia Discovery located at the Alewife Research Center at 35 CambridgePark Drive in the bio-pharmaceutical hub of Cambridge, MA. The new 50,000–square-foot lab and office facility was completed in mid-2019.
The Black Diamond Real Estate Advisors team worked closely with TRIA and John Moriarty & Associates to manage of the complexities of planning, design, and execution of this state-of-the-art facility.
