Black Diamond Real Estate partnered with Columbia Construction and Studio ÉNEE providing project management services for the $10M renovation of Historic Barnum Hall at Tufts University.  Located at the center of the Tufts campus, the planning, design, and execution of the renovations required carefully sequenced planning and collaboration. The project included structural upgrades and repurposing of space to accommodate new programs for the Tisch College of Civic Life, the Art department, Film and Media Studies, environmental groups from Engineering, Arts and Sciences, and the Fletcher School, and two auditoriums.
